Copyright remains with the author/rightsholder by default.

There is no charge to publish with ENOSH. ENOSH does not levy a book publishing charge (BPC), a submission fee or a publication fee. No charge is ever required for an editorial decision, and authors are never asked to pay to have their work published, made open access or deposited to national libraries.
